Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy explains what happens to your data when you join the Trackel waitlist on trackel.xyz. The short version: I only collect your email address, I only use it to tell you about Trackel, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.
Who I am
Trackel is a project run by Dizi Lopes, who is responsible for (the “controller” of) your personal data. You can reach me at trackeltrading@gmail.com.
What data I collect
- Your email address, which you type into the waitlist form.
- Proof of your consent: the date and time you signed up and confirmed your email, and the IP address used to confirm it. My email provider records this automatically.
- Basic email engagement data (for example, whether an email was delivered or opened), recorded by my email provider.
The website itself does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking. Like any website, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address for a short time to deliver the page and keep it secure.
Why I collect it
Only to send you emails about Trackel: when it launches, early access invitations and occasional product updates. I do this based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box and confirming your email. You can withdraw it at any time.
I will never sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Your rights and how to delete your data
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time:
- Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email to stop receiving emails immediately.
- Email trackeltrading@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” to have your data permanently deleted.
If you think your data has been mishandled, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, I will let you know by email.
